How long does the disinfection / sanitization service process take?

It's going to take about 30 minutes to an hour. the duration depends on the condition of the premises

Some service providers would only take 5 - 10 minutes and finish everything.

Would the disinfectant leave a greasy or oily residue in my house/ office/ shop?

It won't. Only the smoke-type disinfection leaves a layer of oily residue on the surfaces as the formula is to heat up the oil and shoot out the smoke.

Our solution is misting, water-based which is non-greasy and non-oily.

It still depends on what material/ingredient other service providers use. Have you ever seen the sanitizers that sell on Shopee come with bubbles or Soap?

Do I have to mop or wipe everything down after sanitizing?

No wiping and moping are needed. Our KKM approved, non-toxic, food-grade & halal disinfectant breaks down to water and oxygen after 15 minutes and leaves nothing on the surface.

When it comes to wiping, there are mainly 3 issues.

1. The disinfectant is not effective enough to eliminate coronavirus, or their spaying pattern is not even, so they need to wipe it again after spraying

2. The disinfectant is bleach-based, toxic/ alcoholic/ non-organic, so you have to wipe and mop after sanitizing

3. Some service providers use the smoke type solution, which makes your house oily& greasy

How long does the disinfectant last?

Sanitization or disinfection is literally to eliminate germs and viruses immediately.

It's not going to leave a layer of protection. The thing that you might be looking for is called "Antimicrobial coating" which is just a marketing strategy, in my opinion.

Let me ask you these,
1. Would we still be in this uncontrollable situation if the coating works?

2. Does it mean we don't have to wash or sanitize our hands after applying this coating?

3. Do you still see any shopping malls engaging this technology nowadays?

Let's pretend you have a 1500 sqft condo unit, the average price of antimicrobial coating is from Rm1 - Rm1.80, then you need to pay for the disinfection fee plus another Rm1500 - Rm2700 for the antimicrobial coating.
